Dogs are welcome and there is a charge of £30. Maximum 3 dogs per property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property
We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance of 75% is due 60 days before arrival date
A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required for all bookings due 7 days before arrival. This will be refunded within 7 working days of departure, subject to no damage. This can only be paid via bank transfer. Damage deposit terms at the bottom of our website.
