The £500 refundable damage deposit is due 7 days before arrival. We will refund this within 7 days after your departure. We always aim to refund in full unless the rules have been broken or damages need to be rectified.
We won’t charge for the odd broken glass, but in the event of noticeable damage that maybe caused we expect to charge for replacement. Please see our booking terms & conditions which provides further information.
Check in is from 3PM
Check out is by 11AM. Wisteria View and the Log Cabin are 10AM.
