This fantastic large property is located just 20 minutes from the centre of Bristol and can sleep up to 25 guests. It includes a huge garden, decking area with a hot tub. With a large dining table to seat all guests and a pool table to keep you entertained. We cater for all kinds of different groups all year round.

    Enter your dates in to the booking form below. Arrivals accepted 7 days a week with minimum 2 night stay.

    We will send you an email confirmation for your deposit.

    Details

    • Check-in time: 3PM
    • Check-out time: 11AM
    • Self check-in with personal entry code - details will be emailed two days before arrival.
    • Dogs are welcome and there is a charge of £30. Maximum 3 dogs per property. 
    • Smoking is not permitted inside the property
    • We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance of 75% is due 60 days before arrival date
    • A refundable damage deposit of £500 is required for all bookings due 7 days before arrival. This will be refunded within 7 working days of departure, subject to no damage. This can only be paid via bank transfer.  Damage deposit terms at the bottom of our website.
